(hereinafter, ACCESIUM) is an entity whose registered office is located at the European Center for Business Innovation of Murcia - M 23, Campus Universitario de Espinardo, 30100, Murcia. This entity is registered in the Mercantile Registry of Murcia and registered with NIF B-73676488.

Also, the domain name and information services portal sym.posium.com (hereinafter SYM.POSIUM) are held by ACCESIUM Technology S.L.

EXISTENCE OF A FILE OF DATA PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA TRANSFER ACCEPTANCE, PURPOSE OF THE COLLECTION OF THESE AND RECIPIENTS OF INFORMATION.

According to current regulations regarding data protection as well as on services of the Information Society, the user accepts that personal data provided at the time of registration, or any other provided to ACCESIUM by use of one of the utilities contained in SYM.POSIUM (high of events, high in events, consultations, etc. ...), are incorporated into files belonging to ACCESIUM, for the purposes of:

1. To facilitate the provision of services requested.

2. Facilitate the correct identification of users of services.

3. Statistical studies of SYM.POSIUM registered users to make improvements in service delivery.

The data required of users, participants or organizers of events through the various forms contained in SYM.POSIUM have a generally binding character, whereas their contribution does not preclude the provision of service, except in those cases where specifically instructed otherwise. Failure to supply such data will lead to the impossibility of providing the service.

Users attending events that want to appear publicly as such in the pages of SYM.POSIUM give their consent to this effect at the time of registration, except that confirmation of attendance has been introduced in view only mode by the organizer the event, in which case the information on his attendance will be limited to it.

SYM.POSIUM use by event organizers constitutes your acceptance of responsibility in compliance with Law 15/1999 and Royal Decree 1720/2007 and other applicable law as regards data attendees.

Any registered user may at any time, exercise the right to access, correct and, if necessary, terminate their personal data supplied by written communication addressed to the Head of Security of Personal Data from ACCESIUM via email to users @ sym.posium.com, or any other means, to keep record of the content of the application and receipt.

DIGI is committed to meeting the communications sent within legally established by Royal Decree 1720/2007 on the subject (10 days).

In case of doubt about the identity of the applicant ACCESIUM may apply for accreditation of the applicant's identity by using their electronic ID card or any other legally recognized.

Also at any time users can access and modify your data and cancel them through the tools contained in SYM.POSIUM to that effect, in which case they must first demonstrate its identity through the introduction of the personal password previously provided to them.
